Description: New trailer repair facility. The 13,800 sq. foot building includes offices, lunchroom, restrooms, storage and mechanical mezzanine, and safety harness system in repair area.
Features: This turn-key project includes sitework, metal building, interior carpentry, fall protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical system. This building features tapered steel column structural system with rake extension, 1,383 sq. foot precast concrete mezzanine, metal halide and fluorescent lighting, sealed combustion furnace, air conditioning for office/support areas, infrared heat in repair area, and make-up air units with heat exchange.
